Requesting Accommodations for SAT, AP and ACT Tests

Requesting Accommodations for SAT, ACT, and AP Testing

Students whose disabilities affect participation in testing may be eligible to take college placement exams with accommodations.  All accommodations must be approved prior to testing by either College Board Services for Students with Diabilities (SSD) or the ACT, depending on the exam chosen.
Strict deadlines apply to application for accommodations.  The process to approve accommodations can take at least 7 weeks, and if additional documentation is required, can take another 7 weeks longer.  See the College Board SSD or ACT Accommodations information webpage for deadline information.  Plan to apply for accommodations AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TEST DEADLINE.
