Family ID is a secure registration platform that provides an easy, user friendly way to register for athletics. Once your profile has been set up, it can be used to sign up multiple children for multiple teams.
Pre-Participation Physical Form Is Available on Family ID
Physical form must be completed after June 1 for athletic programs for the new school year and must be completed by a certified physician. Parents scan and upload the completed documents into Family ID (or use a “smart” phone to take a picture for upload).
Athletics registration will not be complete without the
Pre-Participation Physical Form attached.

Music / Athletics Fair Share Information:
Students with a desire to participate in a music ensemble and who want to be part of other intrinsically rewarding school groups, including athletics, clubs, leadership, ROTC, and JumpStart at AACC, are eligible for the “Fair Share” policy.
“Fair Share” allows students to divide their time between their music ensembles and their other special interests so that they participate for no less than 1 hour with the music ensemble before/after heading to their next activity.
Should a student have a conflict between an athletic contest and a music performance, “Fair Share” allows:
- the student to go directly to an athletic contest if the event conflicts with a music rehearsal
- the student to skip an athletic practice or meeting and report directly to a scheduled music concert or public performance
- parents to work out alternate arrangements if a performance and contest occur on the same day so that the student will have the opportunity to participate in both events, if possible
Participation in after-school music practice is essential for building proficiency and a part of the students course grade. While coaches, sponsors and other personnel will be working together to minimize scheduling overlaps, it is the student’s responsibility to review schedules and make arrangements to eliminate conflicts between activities.
