Cool Schools Challenge Update!

South River High School sent 297 plungers to Sandy Point State Park for the 2018 Polar Bear Plunge Cool Schools Challenge.  Once again, we are #1 in the state for fundraising among all high schools, with a donation of almost $41,000 to Special Olympics Maryland!

at Sandy Point State Park.

In its 9th year, the Cool Schools Plunge brings together students from elementary, middle and high schools, both public and private, from all over Maryland to hit the beach to show off both their school spirit and their support of the thousands of Special Olympics Maryland athletes who will benefit from the event. Special Olympics of Maryland logo
